I took my car in after it started making a strange noise, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and were eager to help. They took the time to explain what the issue might be and provided a transparent quote before commencing any work. I appreciated their honesty and thoroughness. They fixed the problem quicker than I expected, and my car runs beautifully now. The only thing I'd suggest is to perhaps add a waiting area with a coffee machine for customers who need to wait while their car is being serviced. Overall, a fantastic experience; I will definitely return for future needs!
